LORNE REITENBACH
Lorne joined Equipco’s Calgary Branch in February 2003 as Sales Representative for Southern Alberta and Saskatchewan and has recently been appointed Alberta Sales and Operations Manager overseeing both the Calgary and Edmonton Branches. After graduating from a three-year College program in Saskatchewan with an Industrial Instrumentation Engineering Technology Diploma, he was hired as Sales Representative by Barber Valve & Controls in Regina, SK, later opening a Saskatoon home office for them. After three years, Lorne worked with Rosemount Inc. (now Emerson Process Management) for five years as Factory Representative for all of Saskatchewan during which time the company merged with Septre Controls Ltd. (Fisher Controls representative) providing Lorne with the opportunity to work as Account Manager in Northeast Saskatchewan as well as Product Specialist within the company. Lorne is an active and participating member of both the local ASHRAE and CIPH organizations.
CLIFF McNEILL
Cliff will be joining our Calgary staff in May 2008 bringing with him an extensive background in hydronics, heating, controls and plumbing. Growing up in Whitehorse, he was an interested and willing participant in a family-owned plumbing and heating business. He graduated from high school and then studied for 4½ years at UBC focusing on HVAC systems. He was immediately hired by tekmar Control Systems in Vernon where he spent the next 12 years applying his technical knowledge and refining his expertise in product applications, training, technical support and customer service while heading their Customer Support Group. As Canadian Regional Coordinator within that company, Cliff worked directly alongside Canadian Representatives and was instrumental in leading Regional Coordinators towards a unified direction for North America. Along with being a presenter at Trade Shows through Canada such as Edmonton, Toronto and Moncton, Cliff has published many technical articles in trade magazines in Canada and US such as Engineered Systems, The New Hydronis, RPA News Letter, Plumbing and Mechanical, ASHI Reporter, Reeves Journal and PM Engineer. He also participated in AME (Association for Manufacturing Excellence) whose goal is to promote "Lean Manufacturing" in North America that encourages continuous improvement in manufacturing by reducing production time and increasing efficiency in order to make manufacturing in North America competitive on the global stage.
